Dr. Tony Doran PsyD
Dr. Doran has more than 20 years of experience in psychological and neuropsychological assessment. He utilizes concussion management software technology and takes a developmental neuropsychological approach to learning evaluations, ADHD assessment and head injury evaluation and management. Dr. Doran completed his post-doctoral training in neuropsychology at Harvard Medical School and received a doctorate of psychology from the University of Hartford. Past research projects have been several studies evaluating mTBI and effect on speech, several studies on stress in Special Forces personnel and studies monitoring DoD and Navy suicide prevention efforts. Dr. Doran has taught psychology classes at the United States Naval Academy and John Hopkins University. Over the years Dr. Doran has served as a subject matter expert and consultant for the military and Tier 1 Commanders selecting Special Forces personnel at a variety of sites throughout the country. In addition to his private practice, he works in different concussion clinics providing evaluations, treatment and recommendations to patients and their families.
